Which of the following is elegible to run for the presidency: a 45 year old banker who was born and raised in Wyoming or a 30year old state legialator who was born in Virginia, lived abroas for 10 years then returned to Virginia?
I think both of them are eligible.
One has to be at least age 35 to run for the presidency. All those details are probably meant to confuse you.
both of them are able to because they are 35 or older and born in america
The way I read it, the legislator is currently 30 years old. (Before now, he was born in VA, lived abroad for 10 years, and then returned to VA.)
