Homework Help: art & textile

im making a parka and when you take it off your head, i dont want it to flap.. i want it to stay open and int he shape of the head.. is there a material to sew between the fabric to make it stay in this position?

You can use interfacing between the two outer fabrics of the hood. Check your fabric store for a suitable weight of interfacing.
