I suggest you take each topic individually and explore the impact the racial imbalances have on individual African-Americans.
With racial imbalances in education, the average African-American doesn't have as many years of school as the average white American. That eliminates them from good jobs and money to afford good housing, health care, and a good standard of living.
Continue in this vein to explore the implications of the other racial imbalances.
Racial imbalances in education continues in diffeent parts of the world. New Orleans and in different parts down South African-Americans are not treated equal or even get more services needed to help areas of weakness in learning compared to the white children. It takes a great teacher to open doors to homes where the children lack areas of learning comes from organization, and time management in order to be successful at school. Listen to our children help us to determine where to locate the problem and eliminate or resolve it as a team.
