I need someone to help refute this sentence .
If Zoe and Dick don't quarrel for a whole week, they'll go on vacation to the mountains. But they did quarrel. So they won't go on vacation.

Is this one right?

Because Zoe and Dick did quarrel for a week,they won't be going on vacation to the mountains.

Your last sentence isn't necessarily so. They could go on vacation for less than a week. They could go on vacation separately. As well, they could go on vacation elsewhere

The better conclusion would be Because Zoe and Dick did quarrel during that week, they probably will not go on vacation to the mountains together.
