Turn off the TV. Turn off your IMs. If possible, turn off the music. Make up your mind that you're going to concentrate on your report for at least a half an hour. Do nothing else but work on the report. At the end of a half hour, take a 5-minute break -- and then go back to work.
Remember, the sooner you get it done -- and done well -- the better off you'll be.
