What was the prominent characteristic of Jacobin rule during the Second French Revolution?

A. The rejection of war and the belief that it had been used as a tool of the elites

B. Suspicious of private property and wealth

C. The revolution had to be protected even at the expense of representative government

D. AS of the above.

My text book does not have much information on this subject. I tried a search with wikipedia and other sites, but was not able to find this answer. I am assuming that the correct answer is D. All the above. Am I correct???
