Check these sites. The second and third sites have many links to other sites. I'm not sure how many of the sites in the third one are still active -- but at one time it was the best collection of Holocaust information on the web.

The first two sites are edu (education sites) so that's a good indication they are reliable. I knew the web master for the third site -- TeacherNet -- and I know she wouldn't have included any false site. She was passionate about collecting accurate information -- especially about the Holocaust.
