Homework Help: Special Education

In the context of educating children with special needs,

Clinical teaching :

a) implements educational assessment
b) requires rigid instructional methods
c) is conducted by specialist clinicians
d) is not suitable for students with learning difficulties

I don't think its c) but not sure about the others. Could you please offer reasoning with your answer because I just can't seem to find one?

I think c is the best answer because it usually is offered as a solution to very difficult medical/psychological cases, done by medical folks or those technicians especially trained.
