If negative 20 equals 168, negative 15 equals 153, negative 10 equals 138, negative 5 equals 123, 0 equals 108, 5 equals 93, 10 equals 78, 15 equals 63, 20 equals 48, then what is the rule???

Tables:
X: -20 -15 -10 -5 0 5 10 15 20
Y: 168 153 138 123 108 93 78 63 48

How do I get from X to why, wat is the rule to get y using the number x?

Also, what is the pattern in the informatio above???
