Which pair of fractions is proportional?

0.6/0.3 = 9/4.5

0.6/0.3 = 9/4.8

0.6/0.3 = 8.4/4.5

0.6/0.3 = 8.4/4.8

I'm assuming that I figured these wrong, because I found that none of these were proportional. Please help
