Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. These sites will give you a lot of information about energy, so hopefully it will help with the specific questions you have:

5. http://www.usoe.k12.ut.us/CURR/Science/sciber00/8th/forces/sciber/potkin.htm (potential & kinetic)
6. http://library.thinkquest.org/2745/data/ke.htm
7. http://www.historyoftheuniverse.com/chemener.html (chemical)
8. http://www.uvi.edu/Physics/SCI3xxWeb/Energy/ChemicalEnergy.html
9. http://www.eia.doe.gov/kids/energyfacts/science/formsofenergy.html
I'll provide one of each. This is a thought question and you need to think through them. Post your thoughts and we will critique them.
KE. Car moving down the highway. It has energy because of the motion.
PE. A rock balanced on top of a steeple. This has the "potential" of creating damage when it falls; thus it has potential energy. If it falls, the PE will be converted into KE.
Chemical energy. Pick any chemical reaction. Magnesium ribbon burning produces a glaring bright light. The chemical energy produced is in the form of light and heat. In the process the magnesium ribbon is converted to magnesium oxide.
