i need help this is late work and i have until friday night to get it done

part 1
Describe a work-related situation you feel could be improved. For example, you want to streamline the process for reimbursing employees, or you want to create a high-tech website for your small business but have no experience in programming or graphic creation.) Once you have determined your project, consider the following:

Identify the needs of the situation?
What is the project objective?
What assumptions, if any, should be made regarding the project to be undertaken?
Who are the main people or departments that need to be involved in this project?
What are the risks involved?
Why would your project be considered a project?
Prepare a short proposal (2-4 pages) for the project, as if you were a consultant bidding on the job. Be sure to incorporate what you learned in this unit's reading.

part 2
Using the project you created in Unit 1 Individual Assignment, put together a proposal for the customer that includes the following:

Briefly describe the first five points of the Project Scope Checklist in relation to your project:

What are the project objectives?
List the deliverables.
Identify the milestones of the project.
List the technical requirements.
What are the limits and exclusions?

Be sure to complete the following items:

Identify the Project Priorities.
Create a Work Breakdown Structure.
Create a Responsibility Matrix.

part 3
Building from the project you created in Unit 1,

Identify all of the costs involved in the project. Label the costs either direct costs, project overhead costs, or general and administrative overhead costs.
Develop a time-phased budget for the project. What will be the cumulative cost of the project?
Identify areas in the budget where cost cutting can be made if needed?
Identify and assess one major and one minor risk inherent to the project. Develop a contingency plan for each of these risks.

First of all, you need to decide on what project you will take on. Then get busy! Once you have each section written up, please feel free to post your write-ups. Someone here will be able to critique your thinking.

Frankly, I think the employee reimbursement idea is an excellent one. It's usually a mess and/or takes too long, whether in a public agency or private business.
