Forty-two grams of benzoic acid is treated with concentrated nitric acid in some sulfuric acid. Forty-two grams of the major expected organic product is isolated. What is the percentage yield for this experiment? Give an equation with structural formulas for the major reaction and show your calculations.

42 g/molar mass benzoic acid = mols benzoic acid
Convert to mols of the product. You need to supply the product.
Convert mols product to grams by mols x molar mass = grams. This is the theoretical yield. The actual yield is 42 grams according to the problem.
