Is this a good outline for now? for my book Down and Out in Paris and London

I. Introduction
A. Catch Sentence: Why did George Orwell have such a suffering experiences in his life?
B. General Information: George Orwell’s pen name of Eric Blair was born in 1903. His family has always been poor ever since he was born in India; they never really owned any property. He was very determined in his life to be a great writer around his early twenties.
C. Thesis Sentence: During the early 1900s, living in Europe was very harsh for George Orwell, as he reveals in his book Down and Out in Paris and London.
