can anyone give me some ideas on some methods to determine what aspects of work should be monitored and rewarded. I have a few i just am asking to see how many different things i can come up with. This is a big essay and i need more to write about so thought someone might have some other ideas then I.

Controlling costs, maintaining schedule, and meeting performance objectives with requisite quality and professional integrity standards.

Not much else matters.

(Professional integrity means not lying, cheating, nor stealing. It means transactions are above board, and can stand the scrutiny of independent examination)

Certainly! Here are some additional ideas for methods to determine what aspects of work should be monitored and rewarded:

1. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and reward employees based on their ability to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service. This can be measured through customer surveys, feedback, and reviews.

2. Innovation and Creativity: Monitor and reward employees who demonstrate innovative thinking, propose new ideas, or contribute to process improvements. This can be measured by tracking the number of implemented suggestions or successful implementation of new strategies.

3. Teamwork and Collaboration: Monitor and reward employees who actively contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. This can be measured through peer reviews, feedback from colleagues, or successful completion of team projects.

4. Employee Development and Growth: Monitor and reward employees who actively seek to improve their skills and knowledge, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to their professional growth. This can be measured through performance evaluations, training program participation, or certifications obtained.

5. Meeting Diversity and Inclusion Goals: Monitor and reward employees who actively contribute to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This can be measured through tracking participation in diversity training programs, involvement in diversity initiatives, or improvements in diversity metrics.

6. Health and Safety: Monitor and reward employees who prioritize and maintain a safe work environment. This can be measured through tracking safety incidents, adherence to safety protocols, or completion of safety training.

7. Employee Engagement and Satisfaction: Monitor and reward employees who consistently demonstrate high levels of engagement and satisfaction in their work. This can be measured through employee surveys, retention rates, or feedback on work-life balance initiatives.

Remember, the key is to align these additional aspects with the overall goals, values, and priorities of the organization and to establish clear criteria and metrics for monitoring and rewarding performance in these areas.
