I am doing an assignment over FMC Aberdeen and Green River but I am having trouble finding something on "The Management of Ability". Any help would be appreciated.
Aberdeen, the small company with only one customer and 100 employees, works in small groups. These groups choose a leader, solve the problem, and then go on to form other groups. That model is that the workers themselves manage ability, depending upon the problem to be solved. Does that work for Green River?
