Homework Help: Nutriton

I am wondering how would you do a slide show about the Nutritional Needs in Pregancy, infants teenagers, adults, and older adults. I am confussed on what I need, I was thinking using the food needed along with the amount of calories for teen-older adults.

These sites have information about nutritional needs for various ages. The amount of calories needed depends on age, physical activity, gender, and body type. For your slide show, you could picture the main foods needed for each age -- say in glasses of milk, pieces of fruit, etc. You might also consider bar or pie graphs to illustrate the nutritional needs.
