Hold your cursor over the words CITING SOURCES in the left column; then choose Essay in a collection. Whatever the form of the work (story, essay, poem, etc.), this will work.

To internally document a source from an anthology in MLA format, you can follow these steps:
1. Start by including the author's last name within your sentence or paraphrase. For example, "In the essay 'Title of the Essay' by Author's Last Name..."
2. If the author's last name is not mentioned in the sentence, you can include it in parentheses after the information you are citing. For example, "The essay 'Title of the Essay' discusses..."
