Homework Help: history

I need to interview someone who was born before 1970 and live in the United States during the eighties. Here are some questions.

Who were some of the national heroes of the 80s?
What do you remember about the Iran-Contra Affair?
Please comment on the fashion, styles, fads of the 80s.
Please comment on the movies, and television of the 80s.
Please comment on the music of the 80s.

To get the desired information, I would suggest that you question older relatives or their friends. An advantage of a face-to-face interview is that you can ask for elaboration when responses are short or confusing.
