What was the Johnson's Administration policy on civil rights?

Are you referring to President Andrew Johnson or President Lyndon B. Johnson? It makes a difference.

There are articles in here about both presidency's -- be sure to differentiate:

??

I was referring to Lyndon B. Johnson....but is...the Johnson's Administraion policy on civil rights through the Civil Rights ACt of 1964 forbade racial discrimination in places of public resort such as hotels, amusement parks and other public facilities and in the use of federal funds. Also to provide protection for the rights of blacks to vote.
