Homework Help: Science

Under conditions of high temperature, two protons could combine to form a deuterium necleus in the following reactions:

p + p ----> 2H + e+ + ve + energy

Write the equation for this reaction in terms of the nucleons involved by replacing the deuteriu nucleus with the approiate protons and neutrons...


AND


Write the equation for this reaction in terms of the quarks involoved by replacing the protons and neutrons with the appropriate up and down quarks.........

Please could someone help me with this, i've read my study book 100 times and I have no idea where to start, if any1 can help me i'd really be so thankful...
