B.a tinted window

A frosted window scatters light, but b, c, and d all let light go thru in essentially straight rays. That leave the wood: Wood does indeed scatter light in backward directions, like a scattered reflection. Wood is the best answer. I suspect your teacher intended the tinted window to be a frosted window.
