Which type of partners in limited partnership should participate in management?
a) General partners only
b)Limited partners only.
c)Both general and limited partners.
d)General partners only, unless there are no general partners, and in that case, limited partners participate in management.

i beleive it is c) both general and limited partners because it is for management.
