find the lenngth of each side of the rectangle so that it has the given perimeter.


p= 50 in
length is 2L-5
width is L

is my formaula i am needing to do this

50=2L-5+2*L

i am looking at the formula
of
P=2L+2W
do i have this written right


should have been

50 = 2(2L-5) + 2L
