No, not right.

If it takes 3500 burned calories to lost 1 lb, then it takes 5 * 3500 = 17,500 cal to lose 5 lb

Now let N be the number of hours needed to lose 5 lb.

N (h) * 740 (cal/h) = 17500 cal

N = 17500/740 = 23.6 h
