Homework Help: fix grammar

Posted by Mary on Sunday, February 25, 2007 at 6:09pm.

The book had some nice features, such as: a hard-bound cover, a ribbon for a bookmark, and the author's signature.

The only error is in the verb tense. I assume the book is still in existence, so you'd use the present tense -- has.

In addition, you don't need the colon after "such as" -- no punctuation at all after that phrase.

=)
