Hi,
Can any one tell me the relations between TR Roosevelt and Tadasu Hayashi? Were there any tensions between these too?
I have been Googling for hours and I can not seem to find connections between the two.

Hayashi was the Japanese foreign minister at the end of the Russo-Japanese War. He signed the agreement that concluded that war. Teddy Roosevelt was the mediator in the peace negotiations, and won the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts.
