what coordinate point is the solution to the system?

{3x+2y=8

{x-y=1

(2,1)

please don't think i just made that up, it's correct. you have to use substitution, when you do solve for x and y, you get: x= y+1 and y=x-1, plug in y for 3x+2y=8 and you get: y=1, then plug in "1" everywhere there is a y and you get: x=2.
