Estimate 16 20/21 * 28 3/7 - 4 13/25 +

8 2/47 as a whole number or as a mixed

number where the fractional part is 1/2

17 * 28 - 5 + 8 would give you an estimate. However, since you don't have parentheses (), I don't know which process should come first.

I would assume 17 * 28 = 476 + 3 = 479
