A plane trip scheduled between Tampa and St. Petersburg was scheduled for 22 minutes. The distance is about 17 miles. How fast would the plane be traveling in miles per hour?

22/60=.367 hrs
so 17 miles in .367 hr = x miles in one hr

17/.367=x/1

x=46.32 mph
