List reasons on why a real estate agent would need a background in geography.

Plz help. Im writing a paper on this, but need to get the concept of it all.

If a realtor in the Los Angeles area understood the geography of the county and surrounding areas, he/she would know about such things as where the earthquake faults are, where fires are likely, and that wherever fires have been in the fall, for example, there will probably be mudslides in the winter and spring whenever it rains.

Knowing those things, he/she can advise customers better about where to buy -- and where not to buy.

Just one example -- you should be able to think of others.

The hour is 1200 in Johannesburg, South Africa what hour is it in Denver Colorado

To determine the time difference between two locations, you need to know the time zones and their offsets from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

In this case, Johannesburg, South Africa is in the South Africa Standard Time (SAST) zone, which is UTC+2. Denver, Colorado is in the Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone, which is UTC-7.

To find out the time in Denver, you need to calculate the time difference between the two locations. Take the current time in Johannesburg (12:00 PM) and subtract the UTC offsets for each location.

12:00 PM (Johannesburg) - 2 hours (SAST offset) = 10:00 AM (UTC)

10:00 AM (UTC) - 7 hours (MST offset) = 3:00 AM (Denver)

So, when it is 12:00 PM in Johannesburg, it is 3:00 AM in Denver, Colorado.

Please note that this answer is based on the given time zones and their offsets, and does not account for daylight saving time if applicable.
