evaluate:fraction

-8over4,subtract7over6

I'm going to assume your problem is this:

-8/4 - 7/6 = ?

-8/4 is the same as -2.

Let's convert -2 to a fraction using 6 as the denominator:

-12/6 - 7/6 = -19/6

I hope this helps and is what you were asking.
