Homework Help: Law(case analysis)

Posted by Anthony on Monday, January 29, 2007 at 11:37pm.

1. Identify all potential lawsuits (eg. parties and theories) which could occur.

Case:
David is a former employee of 123 Bytes. He enters the property of 123 Bytes, claiming that the company owes him $1,000 in back wages. An argument ensues, and the 123 Bytes manager, Bill, orders David off the property. David refuses to leave; and Bill orders two other employees to throw him off the property, which they do.

After the two other employees return to work, David re-entered the property of 123 Bytes, kicks down a door, overturns a worktable cracking it, and grabs some tools which, in David's view, will partially compensate him for what 123 Bytes owes him and being thrown off the property.
