Does milk contain all the macronutrients necessary in the human diet?

Yes, for a normal human. What milk does not have, the body can make from what milk has. There are eight essential saccarides:

Glucose
Galactose
Mannose
Xylose
Fucose (NOT fructose)
N-acetylgalactosamine
N-acetylglucosamine
N-acetylneuraminic acid

Milk has five of these. The other three, in a normal functioning human, can be made by the body.
