Homework Help: sequence

defining function is f(x) = 3x+b. If 27 is a member of this sequence, what is the next consecutive member of this sequence?


PLEEEEAAAASEEE HELLLLP meeee



f(x)=3x+b
f(x+1)= 3x + 3 + b


so there is a difference of 3 between numbers. Next number is 27 + 3
