How did the war end?
As the Allies were dominating, the Central Power was getting weaker. On October 30, 1918 Turkey signed the armistice, a short-term contract to end the war, November 3, 1918 Austria Hungary signed it also, and finally on November 11, 1918 Germany signs it. The war ended once the Central Power gave up. The Allies won! On January 8, 1918, President Woodrow Wilson presents to Congress his 14 points as a pathway to peace. The last point on the 14 points was called the League of Nation it was an organization of countries working together to protect peace and avoiding upcoming conflict. The war officially was ended with the Treaty of Versailles. This treaty was signed in Palace of Versailles, and was passed on June 28, 1919. This peace treaty legally ended the conflict in World War I .
