Homework Help: English

Posted by Vanssa on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at 1:48pm.

Could you paraphrase this sentence for me?

His wish was to keep his country's independence from the United States.

It's best if YOU do the paraphrase and then post what you write. Someone here will give you feedback.

To paraphrase, cover the sentence and write the ideas in your own words. Then compare the two and take care of any likenesses that still show up.

=)
