What do you think about the justice and appropriatesness of particular laws, all board member,staff and volunteers are to obey all laws in the performance of their work on behalf of Community Services? What does it tell you about the relationship between law and ethics?

Ethics are moral values, usually stated in relatively general terms. Laws tend to be more specific, with a specific group of persons to enforce them, and accompanied by specified sanctions.

However, since this is not my area of expertise, I searched Google under the key words "ethics law" to get these possible sources:
