Homework Help: English 9th Grade

HELP!!! Need to write a 2 page paper on Shakespeare using dramatic foil. Please let me know what that means. I will be contrasting 2 characters in Romeo and Juliet. Thank you so much.

Here is an excellent definition of the literary term "foil." By contrasting two characters who are foils for each other, you'll achieve your purpose.

I'm not sure that Romeo and Juliet are good foils for each other. Romeo and Mercutio are a better pair.

Use Ctrl and F (for Find) and type in foil to find the section that points this out.
