What is the third part of the declaration called????

What is the fourth part of the declaration called????

I know that the first part is called the preamble and the second is called the Declaration of Rights. I also know what the members of congress(Thomas Jefferson) wrote in each section. I just need the names of the third and fourth parts.

I assume that you are talking about The Declaration of Independence of the United States.
