what was the other european nation besides france and spain that supported the american rev. by declaring war on britain?

I am not certain that the Dutch ever declared war on Britain, however, Britain did declare war on the Dutch. The Dutch were very sympathetic to the Americans.

germany. certain german regions supported americans during the war.
