Homework Help: The IM (LIVE EXPERTS) thing

Hi, Jishka I thought that this live expert thing would work but it is not. I thought it was suppose to be on hand and direct help. Could you explain this to me, because this IM thing is "NO" help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The live room has some difficulties. You do get direct help here, and good help. You have post your questions, however, before you decide it is not helpful.
