If you add a ten thousands digit that is 2 times the ones digit to the number 2,794, what is the new number?
How do you get this...


Your question doesn't make sense they way it is written. If you really mean:

"If you add a ten thousands digit that is 2 times the ones digit OF the number 2,794, what is the new number?"
then the answer is 82,794, because the "ones" digit it 4, so 8 is the ten thousands digit.
