Two powers of Congress.
1. declare war
2. pass laws

Two powers of the President:
1. make treaties
2. appoint ambassadors

Three types of Federal Courts:
1. District Courts
2. Court of Appeals
3. The Supreme Court

and then I just have one extra question that I did not get:
The ____________ is the last court of appeal in the nation.

It's been awhile since I've read the constitution, but your answers appear correct to me.
I think the Supreme Court is the final court of appeal. It's decisions can only be overturned by changing the law, which rests with the Congress.
