A veterans group gave out 1000 small american flags at the 4th of july parade.They paid $355 for the flags.What was the cost of each flag?

You need to divide $355 by 1000. Notice that the price for each flag is less than $1.00.

Sorry--Should be 355 divided by 1000. As soon as I pushed "send" I realized I wrote it backwards...
