Is the excretory system only the part with urine or with feces too?

The excretory system of the human body is responsible for removing waste products from our body. It is composed of various organs, including the kidneys, bladder, ureters, and urethra. The primary function of the excretory system is to eliminate metabolic waste substances like urea and excess water from the body in the form of urine.

However, feces, or solid waste material, are not directly associated with the excretory system. Feces are primarily formed in the large intestine (colon) as undigested food, bacteria, water, and other waste materials are processed and compacted. The colon's role is related to the digestive system, not the excretory system.

To summarize, the excretory system deals with the elimination of liquid waste substances in the form of urine, while solid waste material (feces) is a product of the digestive system.
