x + 2y + 4z = 6

y + z = 1

x + 3y + 5z =10

If one subtracts the first equation from the last equation...the result is

y+z=4. That is inconsistent with

y+z=1

find the value(s) of h such that the matrix is the augmented matrix of a consistent linear system.

1x+hy=4

3x+6y=8
